Terrapin Asset Management, LLC and Terrapin Offshore Asset Management, LLC (collectively “TAM”) and TWF Management Company, LLC (“TWF”) are all Registered Investment Advisors and collectively manage approximately $500 million in investor capital. Terrapin Asset Management, LLC, our flagship asset management business, was established in January 2001.

Nathan Leight, TAM’s Chief Investment Officer, has more than 20 years of asset management experience. Prior to co-founding Terrapin, Mr. Leight was the Chief Investment Officer of Gabriel Capital, LP (“Gabriel”), a hedge fund with assets exceeding $1 billion, specializing in bankruptcies, under-valued securities, emerging markets, private equity and merger arbitrage. Prior to Gabriel, Mr. Leight, as a Managing Director, established Dillon, Read & Co. Inc.’s Proprietary Trading department, which specialized in bankruptcy/distressed situations and risk arbitrage.

John Frawley is TAM’s Managing Partner. Prior to TAM, Mr. Frawley was a founding Partner and Chairman of Starview Capital Management, LLC (“Starview”), an asset management firm that, upon his departure, had assets under management in excess of $550 million. Starview developed, marketed and managed multi-manager investment products. From 1989 until the founding of Starview in 2000, he served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Merrill Lynch Investment Partners Inc., a fully integrated Registered Investment Adviser with assets under management in excess of $3 billion. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Frawley served as Chairman of the Managed Funds Association, a national trade association that represents the managed futures and hedge fund industries.
